من نحن

تطبيق Mini Sales نقطة بيع لإصدار الفواتير الضريبية المبسطة، من تطوير شركة ماجد سوفت («نحن»). توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق، وأين تُحفظ، ومتى تُرسل خارج جهازك.

باختصار: بيانات نشاطك التجاري (الأصناف، الفواتير، العملاء، المشتريات، التقارير) تُحفظ على جهازك فقط ولا تُرسل إلى خوادمنا. لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات، ولا نبيع أي بيانات.

البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك

يحفظ التطبيق البيانات التالية في قاعدة بيانات داخل جهازك:

بيانات المنشأة: الاسم، الرقم الضريبي، السجل التجاري، العنوان، رقم الجوال، الشعار.
الأصناف وأسعارها والمخزون.
الفواتير والمرتجعات (الإشعارات الدائنة) والمقبوضات.
المشتريات وبيانات الموردين.
بيانات العملاء التي تُدخلها على الفاتورة، مثل الاسم ورقم الجوال والرقم الضريبي والعنوان.
الإعدادات وإعدادات الطابعة وتصميم الفاتورة.

تُحفظ مفاتيح التوقيع وبيانات الربط مع زاتكا في التخزين الآمن لنظام Android.

البيانات التي تُرسل خارج جهازك

1. خادم التفعيل والتراخيص لدى ماجد سوفت

عند تفعيل التطبيق أو ربطه أو إلغاء تفعيل الجهاز، يرسل التطبيق إلى خادمنا (crmmain.api.majedsoft.com):

البريد الإلكتروني الذي تُدخله للتفعيل.
رمز التفعيل.
رمز الجهاز، وهو معرّف مأخوذ من معرّف Android للجهاز (Android ID)، أو رمز عشوائي إن لم يتوفر.

نستخدم هذه البيانات فقط للتحقق من الترخيص، واحتساب عدد الأجهزة المفعّلة على الترخيص، وتجهيز الربط مع زاتكا الخاص بترخيصك. لا يُرسل إلى خادمنا أي من فواتيرك أو أصنافك أو بيانات عملائك.

2. منصة فاتورة التابعة لهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (زاتكا)

إذا فعّلت الربط مع زاتكا، يرسل التطبيق كل فاتورة وإشعار دائن مباشرة من جهازك إلى منصة فاتورة (gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa) كما يشترطه نظام الفوترة الإلكترونية. يشمل ذلك محتوى الفاتورة: بيانات المنشأة، والأصناف والمبالغ والضريبة، وبيانات العميل المذكورة على الفاتورة. تخضع هذه البيانات لدى الهيئة لسياساتها وللأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

3. ما تشاركه بنفسك

تخرج البيانات من التطبيق أيضاً عندما تختار ذلك بنفسك:

إرسال الفاتورة عبر واتساب: يفتح التطبيق واتساب برقم العميل ونص الفاتورة، ويتم الإرسال من خلال واتساب.
مشاركة PDF: الفواتير والتقارير تُشارك عبر التطبيق الذي تختاره.
النسخة الاحتياطية: ملف يحتوي على كل بيانات التطبيق، تحفظه أو ترسله إلى المكان الذي تختاره (مثل Google Drive أو البريد).

ملف النسخة الاحتياطية غير مشفّر ويحتوي على كل بياناتك وبيانات عملائك، فاحفظه في مكان آمن ولا تشاركه إلا مع من تثق به.

الأذونات التي يطلبها التطبيق

الكاميرا: لقراءة رمز QR الخاص بالتفعيل أو بالفاتورة. لا يحفظ التطبيق الصور.
الأجهزة القريبة (البلوتوث): للطباعة على الطابعات المقترنة بالجهاز فقط. لا يستخدم التطبيق موقعك.
الإنترنت والشبكة المحلية: للاتصال بخادم التفعيل ومنصة زاتكا، وللطباعة على طابعات الشبكة.
البصمة أو قفل الشاشة: لقفل التطبيق إن فعّلته. يتم التحقق بواسطة نظام Android، ولا يصل التطبيق إلى بيانات بصمتك.
الصور والملفات: لاختيار شعار المنشأة أو ملف النسخة الاحتياطية عند الاستعادة. يصل التطبيق فقط إلى الملف الذي تختاره.

حماية البيانات

يتم الاتصال بخادمنا وبمنصة زاتكا عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS). يمكنك أيضاً تفعيل قفل التطبيق من الإعدادات لمنع غيرك من فتحه.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

تبقى البيانات على جهازك حتى تحذفها. يمكنك حذف الأصناف أو العمليات من «الإعدادات › التصفير»، أو حذف كل البيانات بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.
لا يمكن حذف الفواتير التي وُقّعت لزاتكا من داخل التطبيق، لأن النظام يُلزم بالاحتفاظ بها.
إلغاء تفعيل الجهاز من الإعدادات يحرّر مكانه في الترخيص.
نحتفظ ببيانات التفعيل لدينا طوال مدة ترخيصك وبالقدر الذي تتطلبه الأنظمة. لطلب حذفها تواصل معنا عبر الأرقام أدناه.

الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه للمنشآت التجارية وليس للأطفال، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.

التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر التطبيق. ننشر النسخة المحدثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث.

Who we are

Mini Sales is a point-of-sale app for issuing simplified tax invoices, developed by Majed Soft ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles, where it is stored, and when it leaves your device.

In short: your business data (items, invoices, customers, purchases, reports) is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we do not sell any data.

Data stored on your device

The app keeps the following in a database on your device:

Business details: name, VAT number, commercial registration, address, mobile number, logo.
Items, prices and stock.
Invoices, returns (credit notes) and payments received.
Purchases and supplier details.
Customer details you enter on an invoice, such as name, mobile number, VAT number and address.
Settings, printer settings and receipt design.

Signing keys and ZATCA connection details are kept in Android's secure storage.

Data that leaves your device

1. Majed Soft activation and licensing server

When you activate the app, link it, or deactivate the device, the app sends the following to our server (crmmain.api.majedsoft.com):

The email address you enter for activation.
Your activation code.
A device code, derived from the device's Android ID (or a random code if that is unavailable).

We use this only to verify your licence, count the devices activated on it, and provide the ZATCA connection for your licence. None of your invoices, items or customer details are sent to our server.

2. ZATCA's FATOORA platform

If you enable the ZATCA connection, the app sends each invoice and credit note directly from your device to the FATOORA platform of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa), as required by Saudi e-invoicing regulations. This includes the invoice contents: your business details, items, amounts and VAT, and any customer details shown on the invoice. ZATCA handles this data under its own policies and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3. What you share yourself

Data also leaves the app when you choose to share it:

Sending an invoice on WhatsApp: the app opens WhatsApp with the customer's number and the invoice text, and WhatsApp sends it.
Sharing a PDF: invoices and reports are shared through the app you pick.
Backups: a file containing all of the app's data, saved or sent wherever you choose (for example Google Drive or email).

The backup file is not encrypted and contains all of your data, including your customers' details. Keep it somewhere safe and share it only with people you trust.

Permissions the app uses

Camera: to scan activation and invoice QR codes. The app does not save any images.
Nearby devices (Bluetooth): to print to printers already paired with your device. The app does not use your location.
Internet and local network: to reach the activation server and ZATCA, and to print to network printers.
Biometrics or screen lock: for the optional app lock. Android performs the check; the app never receives your fingerprint data.
Photos and files: to choose your business logo or a backup file to restore. The app can only access the file you pick.

Security

Connections to our server and to ZATCA use encryption (HTTPS). You can also turn on the app lock in Settings so others cannot open the app.

Retention and deletion

Data stays on your device until you delete it. You can wipe items or transactions from Settings › Reset, or remove all data by uninstalling the app.
Invoices already signed for ZATCA cannot be deleted in the app, because the regulations require them to be kept.
Deactivating the device in Settings frees its place on your licence.
We keep activation data for as long as your licence is active and as required by law. To ask us to delete it, contact us using the numbers below.

Children

The app is intended for businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with its last-updated date.
