طلب حذف بيانات التفعيل
البيانات الوحيدة التي نحتفظ بها على خوادمنا هي بيانات التفعيل. لطلب حذفها:
- اتصل بنا على أحد الأرقام أدناه.
- أخبرنا بالبريد الإلكتروني الذي استخدمته لتفعيل التطبيق، وأنك تريد حذف بياناتك.
- سنتحقق من أن البريد يخصّك، ثم نحذف البيانات ونؤكد لك ذلك.

ما الذي يُحذف
- البريد الإلكتروني المستخدم للتفعيل.
- رموز الأجهزة المفعّلة على ترخيصك.
بعد الحذف يتوقف التفعيل على أجهزتك، ولن تتمكن من استخدام التطبيق بنفس الترخيص.
ما الذي يُحتفظ به
- سجلات بيع الترخيص التي يُلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ بها، وذلك للمدة التي يحددها النظام فقط.
البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك
فواتيرك وأصنافك وبيانات عملائك محفوظة على جهازك فقط، ولا نملك نسخة منها. يمكنك حذفها بنفسك:
- من داخل التطبيق: «الإعدادات › التصفير» لحذف الأصناف أو العمليات.
- أو بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق لحذف كل بياناته من الجهاز.
الفواتير التي أُرسلت إلى هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك تبقى لدى الهيئة وفق أنظمتها، ولا يمكن حذفها من داخل التطبيق.
Request deletion of your activation data
The only data we keep on our servers is your activation data. To ask us to delete it:
- Call us on one of the numbers below.
- Tell us the email address you used to activate the app, and that you want your data deleted.
- We will check that the email address is yours, delete the data, and confirm with you.

What is deleted
- The email address used for activation.
- The device codes activated on your licence.
After deletion, the app stops working on your devices under that licence.
What is kept
- Records of the licence sale that the law requires us to keep, only for the period the law requires.
Data stored on your device
Your invoices, items and customer details are stored only on your device; we do not have a copy. You can delete them yourself:
- In the app: Settings › Reset, to wipe items or transactions.
- Or uninstall the app to remove all of its data from the device.
Invoices already sent to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) are kept by ZATCA under its regulations and cannot be deleted from the app.
